Two minutes with Sofia
Say you pick Madrid. You drop onto Gran Vía in Street View, the real avenue, storefronts and traffic and all. Sofia, your guide, greets you in Spanish and asks where you feel like heading. You have to answer, in Spanish, out loud. Not a tile to tap, your actual voice.
You say you want a coffee. Sofia points down the street toward a cafe, mentions it's a couple of minutes on foot, and asks whether you take it solo or con leche. You fumble the word for oat milk, she offers it back to you cleanly, and you repeat it. Nobody's grading you. You try the sentence again, and this time it lands.
A few minutes in, you've asked for directions, gotten gently corrected once, and had a small back-and-forth about the weather that you started yourself. That's the muscle. Do it for a few minutes a day and the freeze gets shorter every time.

Questions, answered
Does the guide speak Spain Spanish or Latin American Spanish?
It follows the city you choose. In Madrid you'll hear peninsular Spanish; in Buenos Aires, Argentine Spanish with voseo. Sofia adapts to how you speak and keeps things natural rather than forcing one textbook standard on you.
What if I get stuck and can't find a word?
That's the normal case, not a failure. You can pause, ask in simpler Spanish, or fumble your way toward it. The guide offers the word back and you repeat it. It occasionally slips a word of English in to keep you moving, but the point is to keep you talking.
Is this real video or still images?
It's Google Street View, so the city is real still imagery you can look around and move through, not live video. You explore the actual streets while you talk; the guide reacts to where you are and what's around you.
